Eurovox Jtag
What you have all
been waiting for a jtag to do the Eurovox without the need to solder, just plug
it onto the jtag pins and connect to your PC run the software. If your box
seems dead,then it may have had corrupt firmware loaded which contained a
trojan,then this is what you need to recover it. Recover your box in minutes
and save a fortune.These only plug into the parallel port (LPT port) not the
serial(RS232) Please do not use any converter cables etc they will not work.
You may need to plug a parallel extension cable into the plug on the Jtag and
into LPT port.
These cables do
work fine and you do not need the 7th wire as in buffered Jtags. This also fits
the Starview and a lot of other receivers that have pins instead of pads Grab
them whilst you can. Printed Instructions and pictures with all needed software
on CD Also included FREE is a 1000uf capacitor which also causes problems, so
you can replace this and have complete peace of mind. The FREE capacitor
supplied with this jtag is essential to the correct working of the box and
should always be fitted and is a high temperature type (fitting a low temperature
type will only result in the box going down again). This is not supplied by
others and should you try to buy them they will cost you only about 0.50 each
but there is a minimum postage (normally around 2 -5) , or you have to buy
large amounts. Do the job correctly and buy this, and this comes with printed
instructions and with pictures for ease of use..

Mainly used on the surfboard 5100/5100e series cable modem to change the
firmware (You cannot use a
USB to Printer port cable, you must use a native parallel port (25 pin LPT
printer port) that supports EPP. For this reason, many Laptops are not
